To ensure safety for everyone, our lead guides hold full authority to modify itineraries or make operational decisions on the trail. For both group-joining and private trips, guests are expected to follow the guide’s instructions, respect local customs, and treat fellow travelers with courtesy. If a client refuses to follow safety guidelines, disrespects local culture, or acts inappropriately, our guides reserve the right to take necessary action. In such cases, Rugged Trails Nepal accepts no liability, and no refunds will be issued.
