Phulchowki Namo Buddha trek is a short and easy trek around Kathmandu. Namo Buddha stupa, one of the holiest sites for Buddhists, and Phulchowki is the name of one of the famous Hindu goddesses. On both Namo Buddha and Phulchowki, Many Hindu and Buddhist people make their pilgrimage tours to this site. Namo Buddha Phulchowki trek offers the best viewpoints for viewing some of the highest peaks in the World.

The highest point of this trekking Phulchowki (2765m), provide an ideal introduction to the birds of Nepal. On this trek, we can see Besra, Black Eagle, Mount Hawk-Eagle, Pheasant, Woodpeckers and many other birds and Phulchowkis forests are also very rich in flora and butterflies.
