Pisang Peak is situated in the Annapurna Region with a height of 6,091 meters, en-route to the stunning Thurung-La Pass. Pisang Trekking Peak is an easy addition for those trekkers hiking the Annapurna Circuit route for those trekkers wanting a taste of climbing in the Himalayas. Pisang peak is considered one of the more technical trekking peaks among of the trekking peaks in Nepal. The summit push has a final snow slope, which is quite steep and can be difficult to climb.
The summit of the peak offers incredible views of the Annapurna group including Tilicho Peak, Annapurna II and IV. After a successful summit, we continue on the Annapurna Circuit Trail, including Thorong pass, the sacred village of Muktinath, descending down through scenic Jharkot village, Kagbeni, a gate way to Upper Mustang, and finally, reach Jomsom where we take an early morning flight back to Pokhara.
