Which day of the hike is the most difficult?

Phakding to Namche: On the Everest View Trek, the distance from Phakding to Namche is regarded as the toughest day. The trail climbs steep slopes, passes through thick forests, crosses suspension bridges, and might be difficult for certain hikers due to the elevation gain. But it's all worthwhile because of the breathtaking environment and the opportunity to witness the distinctive culture of the Sherpa people. Despite the strenuous physical requirements, many trekkers consider this day to be among the most gratifying and memorable of the trip.

Namche to Lukla: The longest day of the return walk is from Namche to Lukla, but it also offers breathtaking scenery and the chance to pause and consider the expedition. Despite the difficulties this day may bring, the satisfaction of arriving at Lukla and the memories created along the route make it all worthwhile.

Can a beginner do the Everest View Trek?

The Everest View Trek is suitable for beginners, but preparation both mentally and physically is recommended. The trek is considered to be of moderate difficulty, but with proper preparation, it can be a fantastic first-time trekking experience in the Himalayas. The highest point of the trek is 3,880 m at the Everest View Hotel.

Ok, do I need insurance for this trek?

You should buy insurance for your Everest View Trek. That much is true. Your journey on this trek will take you to a remote, high-altitude area with limited access to medical facilities and services. If you have travel insurance, you will be protected financially in the event of a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances. Make sure your insurance policy covers hiking and high-altitude activities by carefully reading the terms and conditions. When it comes to travel insurance, it is best to be cautious rather than sorry. Check World Nomads

What if I want to hike up to Namche and take a helicopter flight back to Lukla?

Yes, it is possible to plan a hike to Namche and then take a helicopter flight back to Lukla. Some individuals prefer to take the helicopter flight back since they don't want to hike back the same route. Booking a package that includes the cost of a shared helicopter ride is one way to accomplish this. A private charter can be booked for an additional cost if there are no other passengers using the helicopter. As an alternative, you can fly from Namche directly to Kathmandu. The price of the trip will vary depending on the choices you make, but we will assist you in finding the package that best suits your requirements and price range.
