All the flights to Lukla will be operated from Manthali Airport. 25-minute flight to Lukla (9,186 ft). Enjoy one of the most beautiful air routes in the world on a hillside surrounded by mountainous peaks. Khumbila, and the monastery.
The flight to Lukla is from Manthali Airport, but once the government and airport authorities allow it from Kathmandu, then the flight to Lukla will be from Kathmandu.
Phakding Trek To Namche Bazaar
This is the day that you hear the most is the trek into Namche Bazaar, walking through a beautiful pine forest Dudh Koshi River and go on passing Chumoa to Monjo, and the entrance to Everest National Park. There are plenty of things to do around Namche Bazaar, we wake up to another spectacular morning and view from our room and sun rose of the breathtaking mountains. Let us make you clear something up that is a big misunderstanding about the Acclimatization day. Our team will take you to explore the real charm of Namche Bazaar. We are least bothered about the trail as the majestic views of the Himalayas make our expedition full of excitement. After Kyangjuma the trail is downhill a bit and we will cross the Dudh Kosi River and then a gentle climb up to Tengboche. Tengboche is a wonderful place to have scenic views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Nuptse and Mt. Ama Dablam. It has the biggest Buddhist monastery called Tengboche Monastery (3870m).

After breakfast take a short day hike up to Chhukhung (4750 M 15,580 ft), and back to Dingboche.

Today you might feel some breathing disorder while crossing the Thugla pass due to the altitude but no need to panic. From Dingboche to Thugla trails is gentle but the 1 hr Thugla pass makes you quite tired but after crossing the pass the trail is smooth. We continue our expedition until we reach Lobuche which is our destination for today. We might feel some breathing disorder due to high altitude but still, there is no need to panic. Dates & Availability
Do you recommend a private or group departure trek to Nepal's Mount Everest Base Camp?
We advise staying away from excursions with large groups; past trekkers have given us many recommendations for small groups. There will be a variety of skill levels present, and the pace may occasionally be discouraging. Even if you have experience, you should still go on a private, solo journey with a guide or porter. At most 8 people may depart on these specific dates!
Please be aware that the Everest excursion may be tailored to meet your goals and schedule and will have definite departure dates for 2026. Examine your scheduled departure dates, and if any of them don't suit you, please let us know so that we may reschedule the trip at a time that is more suitable for you. 14-day Everest Base Camp Trek prices are per person and exclude single rooms for the group trip.

How do I prepare my body for the Mount Everest Nepal trek?
Nepal is a land of extreme terrains and altitudes, and trekking through its mountains is no easy feat. To ensure that your body is up for the challenge, it is important to do some preparation before embarking on your journey. Here are some tips on how to get your body ready for a Nepal trek:
- Get used to the altitude. If you live at sea level, your body will need time to adjust to the thinner air at high altitudes. A good way to prepare for this is to do some hikes or climbs in areas with similar elevation to where you'll be trekking. This will help your body acclimatize and avoid altitude sickness.
- Strengthen your legs. Nepal's treks will take you through some tough terrain, so make sure your legs are strong enough to handle it. Do some squats, lunges, and other leg-strengthening exercises in the months leading up to your trek.
- Increase your cardiovascular fitness. Nepal's treks are often long and strenuous, so it's important to have a good level of cardiovascular fitness. Do some aerobic exercises like running, cycling, or swimming to get your heart and lungs in shape.

Tipping during the Nepal Everest Trek
There is no definitive answer to how much you should tip during an Everest trek. It really depends on your personal preferences and the relationship you have with your guide. Some people feel that it is appropriate to tip their guides at the end of the trek, while others believe that tipping should be done throughout the journey. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide how and when you want to show your appreciation for your guide's services.
Extra personal expenses on Mount Everest trekking in Nepal
In Kathmandu, all meals—aside from the welcome and farewell dinners—require payment from the customers. Similar expenses include obtaining a visa, buying trip insurance, purchasing alcoholic beverages, trekking-related munchies, hot and cold beverages, souvenirs, entrance fees to the Kathmandu monuments (if you want to visit), and tips for the crew. Bringing cash in the form of dollars to exchange for rupees is advised. The Nepali market only accepts rupees. When changing, request minimal bills that are simple to pay.
