Pokhara Dhampus Hike is a short and popular day-hiking trail from Pokhara. Dhampus Hike is a classic hiking route for all kinds of travelers who want to see the mountain villages and typical mountain life nearby the city. From Dhampus village, we can see breathtaking views of the north of Annapurna, Fishtail, Himchuli, and other snowy peaks.
The Dhampus Hike can be done after driving up to Dhampus and hiking down to Phedi or Kande. Another option is the hike up to Dhampus village from Phedi after a 1-hour drive from Pokhara. Hiking from Phedi to Dhampus is quite uphill at the beginning, but after 45–50 minutes, the trails will be flat and you will be walking through farmland.
