In Nepal, the education systems continue to lack the proper funding, resources, and leadership to provide quality education to the children of Nepal. Government-funded schools continue to be ineffective due to untrained and unmotivated teachers, overcrowding, lack of building space, and a lack of resources. Our volunteer placements hope to change this with your passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to change the lives of the children of Nepal. Through education, the future of Nepal can rise above its historic economic and social crisis. No professional teaching experience or previous work with children is necessary, although it is highly desired. This experience is highly rewarding as you see the growth and development improved by the students each day you work with them.
