Our yoga in the Nepalese highlands is more than just a regular tourist experience; it's a spiritual awakening. Take a pleasant walk on the Mardi Himal trail to uplift your spirits. It is truly liberating to experience daily yoga paired with the serenity of mind that comes from walking in the Himalayas. Develop yourself more and more every day. By engaging in various yoga and meditation practices in various locations, you can hone your awareness and expand your understanding of the discipline. You will be one of the few, if any, foreigners in each location we visit. You'll have a deeper experience with the people and yourself because of this seclusion.

We start every day with meditation, pranayama, and asana practice during the Mardi Himal trekking. Enjoy some breathtaking views of the mountains while taking in the fresh air. At 4,200 m, the highest point of the Mardi Himal Trek, where some of the tallest peaks on earth are all around us, we practice yoga. Mardi Himal, Macchapucchre (6993 m), Hiunchuli (6441 m), Baraha Shikhar (7647 m), Singu Chuli (6501 m), Annapurna I (8090 m), and Annapurna South (7219 m) are all places to sit in awe.
We then stay in a Pokhara Buddhist monastery. After the amazing journey, feel rejuvenated and introspective. To better hone your consciousness, practice mindfulness meditation with monks. Your stay in a monastery was a genuine religious experience that you will never forget. We continue our daily yoga practice while spending the next two nights at the Trishuli River Resort.
We're going back to Kathmandu to see how well our bodies and minds coordinate in the crazy city. On the other hand, we find inner calm at our city yoga sites. Furthermore, the natural and spiritual energy from the Mardi Himal Trek and the monastery stay is still abundant in us. To get an authentic, worthwhile experience with a Nepali family, spend one night at a homestay in the Kathmandu Valley. Find out about their daily routine and manner of life. They may hold similar views to yours regarding spirituality. Consume their food and act as though they are only here for a day.
The journey ends with a visit to Namobuddha Monastery, which is the ideal place to end a yoga tour. There is a legend that Buddha encountered a starving tiger on this mountaintop. Buddha generously offered the tiger some of his own meat when he saw it. This makes Namobuddha a hallowed place of pilgrimage. The breathtaking Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery is where we stay with monks. In the monastery, do yoga and meditation to uplift your mind and soul.
