Its rich culture, diverse landscapes, ethnic villages, and stunning mountain ranges make it a hidden gem in the Himalayas. The shortest option is a 5-day trek from Kathmandu to Kathmandu, though this might feel like a marathon for first-timers. A 7-day trek provides a more relaxed pace and is ideal for beginners.

Which is the easiest base camp trek in Nepal?

Well, Annapurna Base Camp is also considered the easiest base camp trek, as is Mardi Himal Base Camp. But the speedy or short Annapurna base camp trek is not suitable for beginners; instead, pick the longer version of the Ghorepani Annapurna base camp trek, which gives you more time to adapt and slow down. Keep in mind that on most easy trekking routes, we will be walking under 4500 m, and ascending and descending are very common on all the easy or extremely challenging trekking routes. On easy treks, you don't need any previous hiking experience and don't need to worry about altitude sickness; simply trekking gear will suffice.

Which is the shortest trek in Nepal among those suggested?

The shortest one, the Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek from Pokhara, and the Kathmandu Valley Trek, which covers Nagarkot, are the shortest trekking routes in Nepal. Some of the treks can be customised for 1 day to 2 days, which is generally a shorter hiking list than the treks, but the views are magnifique.

How do I choose a trek in Nepal?

Below, we are sorting by the different regions, and the pictures are from the trek viewpoint or the location, so the easiest way to pick which region you want to trek and for how long!

Which is the most scenic, easy trek in Nepal?

All the below suggested trekking routes are scenic, so if you are considering Mount Everest, you have to pick the Everest Region trek if you are looking for the Annapurna Ranges, Annapurna Region, or Langtang Region

Which is the best month for trekking in Nepal?

Well, this question is very tricky, but again, we have to be very honest and say that March, April, MayOctober, and November are the best months to trek in Nepal. This is a very common answer, and that is how Nepal tourism is promoted, but here we have different views on the best time of the year to visit. Let's talk in detail about why other months and seasons are still the best to visit in Nepal. If you have your vacation during the monsoon period, like July to September, then you shouldn't come to Nepal. We are not saying you shouldn't, but we are saying that's the best time if you want to experience the greenery, beautiful water falls, grassy land, beautiful lakes and flowers, and, of course, the snow peak. It might be cloudy or rainy for some hours, but still, the below-suggested treks are doable all year. And on another winter trek in December, January, and February, you will be amazed by the complete snowy mountain peaks. The rest of the time, you will see the snowcapped peaks, but in winter, you will see completely snow-covered peaks. You will need some extra layers of clothes and gear, but the treks are not extreme, and our mountain guides will take care of your safety. We will only suggest appropriate trekking itineraries for winter treks.

Ready to embark on your Himalayan adventure? Nepal awaits with open arms and trails that lead not only to breathtaking views but also to self-discovery and a deeper connection with nature and culture. So, pack your bags, lace up your boots, and let the magic of Nepal's beginner-friendly treks unfold before you. Remember, the greatest journeys often begin with a single step. Take yours today! This blog is just a starting point. Feel free to explore further, ask questions, and connect with us to craft your own personalised trekking adventure in Nepal. There are other short and easy treks, such as the Khumai Danda and Kori Danda treks, but we are not listing them now since the lodges and food are not as good as the above-suggested trekking packages. For now, Khumai Danda and Kori Danda Treks are perfect and trending trekking destinations for Nepalese travellers. Karbakeli Eco Trek is another newly opened trekking route in Annapurna that connects Mohare Danda and Ghorepani. Write us for more details.
